Balloons arrive deflated and will need to be filled with the included balloon pump. Assembly takes around 45 minutes and is best done within 2 days of your event. Exposure to extreme temperatures and sunlight can affect the appearance and performance of your balloons.

WARNING: Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.
• We are located in the United States and ship all orders from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
• Shipping time depends upon shipping method, package size, and location.
• You will receive an email when your package ships with the expected arrival date.
