We hope you love your party goods! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to accept eligible returns. Please review the details below before initiating a return.
RETURNS

Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Clearance items, custom products, digital items, and seasonal/holiday merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care in packaging your order. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@thepartydarling.com.

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Do not return damaged items. Once verified, we will issue a refund for items damaged in transit.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us right away. We will ship the correct item within one business day and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item if needed.
Please include details of what you ordered and what you received so we can resolve the issue quickly.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate your package, carriers may occasionally mark items delivered early. This typically resolves within 24–48 hours.
We recommend:

Checking around your property and with household members

Asking nearby neighbors

Contacting your apartment or building manager

Call your local carrier with the tracking number
If your package is confirmed lost or stolen after delivery, responsibility rests with the carrier. Claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.
ADDITIONAL NOTES

We do not accept exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for replacement items.

International orders are subject to the same return conditions, but customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Refused or undeliverable shipments returned to us due to address errors will be refunded for merchandise only (excluding shipping).
