Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your party goods, but if the products you purchase don't work out, you can return them to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

  • We will issue a refund for returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Clearance items, custom products, and seasonal/holiday merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging/form.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund the original shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS

  • To return an item, please package it with your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

    • Once we receive the returned item, refunds will go directly back to the funding source used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to a week for the credit to show up in your account.

    DAMAGED ITEM

    • The Party Darling has a high-quality standard, and we aim to package products to withstand carrier shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. 
    • Please include details about the problem and send photos of any visual damage to sales@thepartydarling.com.
    • We will issue a refund for the items damaged in transit. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED ITEMS.

    MISSING/WRONG ITEM

    • Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll ship out the correct item within one business day, along with a prepaid label to return the incorrect item if necessary.
    • Please let us know what you ordered and what you received in its place.
