Shipping Policy

2025 HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During the holiday season, carriers may experience delays due to increased volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure your items arrive in time for your celebration. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us to confirm your order was received.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the full amount of the merchandise (excluding shipping), and you may place a new order with the correct address.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all orders from Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. Shipping times vary by selected shipping method, package size, and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

Please note:

  • Shipping time does not include order processing time

  • The day your order is placed does not count as a transit day

  • Weekends are not considered transit days

We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package is in transit.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (ORDERS $200+)

For added security, all orders over $200 require signature confirmation upon delivery at no additional cost.

If you prefer to waive signature confirmation, please contact us or include a note at checkout. Please note that orders over $200 shipped without signature confirmation are not eligible for replacement or refund in the event of loss or theft.

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Any claims for lost or stolen packages must be submitted directly to the carrier.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY ESTIMATES (U.S.)

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–6 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days (orders must be placed by noon CT)*

  • UPS Next Day: 1–2 business days (orders must be placed by noon CT)*

  • UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days (orders must be placed by noon CT)*

For standard shipping, we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to allow time for processing and delivery. While we work hard to ship orders quickly, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

*Important Note About Expedited Shipping & Weekends - Orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays with expedited shipping options may not arrive until the following week, as carriers count delivery times in business days only.

For example:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days) does not include the day your order is processed or handed to the carrier, and weekends are not considered transit days.

  • UPS 2-Day shipping also counts full business days only and does not deliver on weekends.

  • UPS Next Day shipping orders placed on Fridays typically arrive the next business week, often on Monday or Tuesday.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order. We’re happy to review available shipping options or cancel the order if your timeline cannot be met.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once an international shipment leaves the United States. Tracking may be limited after export.

We do not ship to third-party freight forwarders or international cargo export companies. Orders placed to these addresses will be canceled.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing:

  • USPS First-Class International: 7–14 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3–5 business days

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 3–10 business days

  • UPS Worldwide Saver: 2–7 business days

  • UPS Worldwide Express: 1–3 business days

We recommend placing international orders at least 2 weeks before your event. Customs delays are outside of our control, and delivery times are not guaranteed.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available for customers in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $35 or more within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Free shipping orders are sent using the most economical shipping method, which may not be the fastest. If you need your order sooner, please select a paid shipping option at checkout.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital items such as printable invitations and downloads are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

  • Free printables are available immediately after purchase

  • Custom printable invitations are emailed within 1–2 business days

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you experience any issues, please get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to help.

WHY DOES MY ORDER SAY “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, the carrier may have marked it as delivered early. This often resolves within 24–48 hours.

We recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with household members

  • Asking neighbors if the package was delivered to them

  • Contacting your apartment or building manager

  • Call your local post office with your tracking number

If your package is confirmed lost or stolen after delivery, responsibility rests with the carrier. In these cases, claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.
