Balloons arrive deflated and will need to be filled with the included balloon pump. Do not overfill balloons. Assembly takes around 45 minutes and is best done within 2 days of your event. Exposure to extreme temperatures and sunlight can affect the appearance and performance of your balloons.
WARNING: Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.
- We are located in the United States and ship all orders from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Shipping time depends upon shipping method, package size, and location.
- You will receive an email when your package ships with the expected arrival date.
- We cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the carrier's responsibility.
- As an added measure of security, all orders over $200 are subject to requiring signature confirmation at the time of delivery. This is a complimentary add-on to ensure safe arrival of your items.

RETURN POLICY
- We will issue a refund for returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date.

I ordered a 10ft custom balloon garland kit for a nonprofit event, and it was fantastic! The kit came with everything I needed. Assembly was straightforward and quick with an electric balloon pump I picked up from Amazon. The garland added the perfect pop of color to our 10ft x 8ft step & repeat banner. It was long enough to drape across the top and down the side. Highly recommend this kit for any occasion!
