We hope you are happy with your party goods but if the products you purchase don't work out, we will issue a refund for returns received within 14 days of the original purchase date. Clearance items, custom products, and seasonal/holiday merchandise may not be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be considered and you must notify us first for approval.
