Balloons arrive deflated and must be filled with air or use a balloon pump. Do not overfill balloons. Assembly takes around 45 minutes and is best done within two days of your event. Exposure to extreme temperatures and sunlight can affect the appearance and performance of your balloons.
WARNING: Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

- We will issue a refund for returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Clearance items, custom products, and seasonal/holiday merchandise are final sales and are not eligible for return.
