Ghouls & Goblins Halloween Party

The coral paper goods with the ghosts and silver elements are sweet and feminine while the black paper goods with the skulls and silver elements are edgy and cool. When you mix the two themes, you create a spell for the perfect Halloween party.

Party fans are an easy and inexpensive way to create a backdrop for the food table. Just add some cute themed garlands, paper bats, and spiders to create a stylish Halloween background.

Did you notice the holographic cobwebs and spiders used in the backdrop that is also being used as placemats? There are multiple ways to use products when decorating, and this is an excellent example.

How cute are these cupcakes with the tiny spider in the cotton candy web! I made these using a simple boxed cake mix and prepackaged icing. You can bake right in these little cups. They won't burn or discolor. I then iced and added the cotton candy to the top and finished off with the plastic spider. You can use a candy spider if you find one small enough.

Please note that the cotton candy will dissolve quickly so be sure to add at the last minute.

I am all about using simple party foods. I got the powdered donut holes (spider eggs), and the white chocolate dipped pretzels (bones) from the local grocery store bakery. Display in cute snack cups, place on a platter or cake stand, and you're done!
