Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day. We are located in the United States and ship all orders from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Shipping time is dependent upon shipping method, size of package and location. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped and the expected arrival date. We cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier. We hope you are happy with your party goods but if the products you purchase don't work out, we will issue a refund for returns received within 14 days of the original purchase date. Clearance items, custom products, and seasonal/holiday merchandise may not be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be considered and you must notify us first for approval.
