We hope you are happy with your party goods but if the products you purchase don't work out, we will issue a refund for returns received within 14 days of the original purchase date. Clearance items, custom products, and seasonal/holiday merchandise may not be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
