Deposits & Payments
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of party booking. Remaining balance is due one week prior to the event. For custom printables, once full payment is received we will begin working on your order. Once we start on your custom order there will be no refunds for cancellation. For party supplies, your item will be ready to ship to you once full payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST).
We do not answer emails or messages during weekends and holidays, so please allow at least 48 hours for us to respond.
For your convenience, the online store is open 24 hours a day.
Personal information transmitted to The Party Darling will not be shared, rented or sold to anyone else.
All printables can be customized to your preferences. Please contact me with your ideas! Custom orders are always welcome. Please send a message first for pricing and current turnaround time.
Once our consultation is complete, printables will be created and proofs emailed for your review. Your initial set of proofs plus one revision are included in the cost of your printables. Subsequent changes or additional proofs will incur a change fee.
Your custom printable order will be emailed in PDF file format in 3-5 business days of receiving your approval of the proof.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital files, there are NO REFUNDS on any items delivered electronically.
Please note that color representation may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another and even with different types or brands of paper and ink. As such, we are not responsible for resulting color variations. Due to these variables, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS and no design revisions if you do not like the colors when printed. If precise color matching is a matter of concern, PLEASE BE SURE to request a printable color key during your consultation. Once your designs are complete, color change requests will incur a change fee.

Limited Personal License for Digital Designs
Purchasers of digital designs, both custom and stock, are granted limited authorization to print digital files, at home or by a consumer printer, provided they abide by the terms of the Limited Personal License. This license is granted solely to the original purchaser and is non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable. The Party Darling retains all rights, titles and interests to said designs and their individual components, including commissioned designs, and may reuse them, in whole or in part, at sole discretion of The Party Darling.
License is granted for a single, non-commercial use.
Digital designs, including any component or derivative work thereof, may not be used for commercial purposes, sold or shared publicly via any medium, whether virtual or print, without the expressed, written permission of The Party Darling.

Orders will be shipped first class through USPS. If you need your order in a hurry, please send me a message so we can set up overnight shipping arrangements before you place your order. Current turn around time is 1-2 days before party supplies are shipped. Turnaround time for handmade items is 2 weeks. If you need it sooner, there will be a rush fee added on to your order. We cannot guarantee a delivery date on any orders regardless of priority or otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
